HEAT® and Legislators

H.E.A.T. conducts consistent and ongoing outreach to lawmakers, providing timely and pertinent auto theft statistics, prevention tips and trend information, so that they, in turn, can provide educational resources to their constituents throughout the state.

In addition to providing original content for legislative newsletters, H.E.A.T. Director Terri Miller also regularly serves as a subject matter expert for legislative cable shows as another means of keeping Michigan residents informed and invested in auto theft prevention.
